By this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy), you consent to the processing of your personal data. Personal data is collected and stored for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of its collection, processing and use. The collection, processing and use of personal data is carried out in order to:

Full access to the personal data of the Portal subjects is granted to the authorized person of the Portal administrator.

The Portal Administrator does not transfer or disclose personal data received from the Portal Users to third parties.
Disclosure of personal data is possible in cases foreseen by the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as when engaging third-party providers of technical support and/or services to improve the Portal, on the condition of the concluded agreement and the data confidentiality securement. We do not check these resources for the concordance with the requirements (accuracy, completeness, legality, etc.) and are not responsible for the information or materials posted on third-party resources.
6. Protection of personal data
The Portal Administrator takes all necessary procedural and technical measures to protect your personal data from loss, unauthorized access or distribution on the Portal.
7. Changes to the terms of the Policy
The Portal Administrator has the right to make changes to this Policy so that it reflects the current methods of collecting, processing, using, accessing and protecting personal data. It is recommended to look through the Policy periodically. In case of changes, the Portal administrator updates the date of the “last changes” at the top of the document. Changes come into force from the moment of their publication.
8. Location of personal data
The owner and administrator of personal data is the 3rd Recruiting and Manning Center of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
9. Your rights:
By submitting a request on the Portal or registering, you have the right to:
- receive information about the sources of collection and places of storage of your personal data, the purpose of their processing;
- receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom
- your personal data is transferred;
- receive information about the processing and use of your personal data in not more than thirty calendar days from the date of the
- request receiving (except for the cases foreseen by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”);
- submit a reasoned request to the personal data controller with an objection to the processing of your personal data;
- apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;
- withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data.
The rules for ensuring the confidentiality of personal data are applied to all personal information of the Portal users, regardless of the method of collection and the way it was obtained. If you disagree with any changes made to the Policy, you must stop using the
Portal and may demand that we delete your personal information.
