• Experience in the army, preferably in similar positions in anti-aircraft units.
• Knowledge of combat tactics, principles of operation of anti-aircraft weapons and fire control systems.
• Leadership skills, ability to make quick decisions in stressful situations.
• High physical fitness and readiness to serve in difficult conditions.
• Adherence to military discipline and team spirit.

• Management and organization of the work of the anti-aircraft unit during the execution of tasks.
• Planning and conducting fire operations, controlling anti-aircraft weapons to protect objects from air attacks.
• Analysis of the combat situations, detection and identification of air targets, risk assessment.
• Ensuring the technical readiness of anti-aircraft weapons, control over their maintenance and repair.
• Conducting training for personnel, improving their skills and readiness to act in combat conditions.
