Requirements
- Age from 18 to 45.
- Experience as a sergeant or in a similar role.
- Ability to lead and organize the work of the unit.
- Knowledge of combat tactics and the basics of military discipline.
- Leadership skills and ability to make decisions in extreme situations.
- High level of physical fitness.
Responsibilities
- Organization and control of the execution of combat missions by the unit.
- Maintaining the discipline and morale of the military.
- Responsibility for planning training and maintaining the combat readiness of subordinates.
- Coordination of work between personnel and commanders.
- Ensuring control over the technical condition of weapons and equipment.
