• Experience in the army, preferably in similar positions. 
• Knowledge of combat tactics and the basics of grenade launcher maintenance.
• High physical fitness and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to serve in difficult conditions and compliance with military discipline.
• Ability to make decisions in stressful situations.

• Performing duties of a shooter, supporting a grenade launcher during combat operations.
• Preparation and maintenance of grenade launchers, ensuring their readiness for use.
• Performing fire missions, hitting targets during combat operations.
• Participation in planning and conducting exercises, advanced training and combat readiness.
• Execution of command orders and compliance with military discipline.
