• Age from 18 to 45.
• Experience as a sergeant or in a similar role.
• Ability to lead and organize the work of the unit.
• Knowledge of combat tactics and the basics of military discipline.
• Leadership skills and ability to make decisions in extreme situations.
• High level of physical fitness.

• Organization and control of execution of combat missions by the unit.
• Maintaining the discipline and morale of the military.
• Responsibility for planning training and maintaining the combat readiness of subordinates.
• Coordination of work between personnel and commanders.
• Ensuring control over the technical condition of weapons and equipment.
